Terms & Conditions for Events
Please note that all event requests are subject to approval. You will receive a call to confirm your event.
Fees do not apply to Calvary’s ministry events. Fees apply to all other events. Additional fees will be charged to users for hours outside of stated hours should they be necessary for extra maintenance and custodial needs incurred by event users. Only those rooms reserved and paid for may be used during your event.
Make check payable to Calvary UMC. All fees are due in full at time of reservation. $25 fee for any NSF check.
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to all reservations up to one week prior to the event. No refunds if less than one week prior to the event.
Set Up, Take Down, & Cleanup
Set up, take down, and cleanup is the responsibility of the person making this reservation. Rooms must be returned to the same setup they were found in. DVD/VCR units are in the resource room 111B.
If you indicated you needed AV/Tech equipment, a technician will contact you directly to discuss details and availability.
Calvary United Methodist Church and all outside areas are smoke free environments.
I/We the user(s), representing the above named event, ministry, or company, have read and agree to abide by all guidelines and policies as stated in the Calvary United Methodist Church Policies/Procedures/Instructions Handbook. We agree to pay all fees in regards to reservations and custodial and maintenance fees or for damages to the property while at Calvary. We will not hold Calvary United Methodist Church liable for any illnesses or injuries related to being on or near their property.
