Christmas in July//Project Ignite Light
Calvary Outreach Team is offering an opportunity for you to celebrate “Christmas in July” to help support the ongoing efforts of a faith-based organization called Project Ignite Light.
Project Ignite Light provides children with a “Bag of Hope” that contains important personal items when examined by their local Child Advocacy Center or entering foster care because of physical and sexual abuse, neglect, and human trafficking.
We are collecting NEW pajamas for Project Ignite Light’s “Bags of Hope.” Please visit the giving tree and select a gift tag to fulfill. Once purchased, return to Calvary by July 28th, and deposit in the collection bin by the tree.
It is important when purchasing the pajamas to read the “Pajama Guidelines” attached to the gift tag. If donations aren’t appropriate, Project Ignite Light will be unable to utilize in the “Bags of Hope.”

Psalm 46:10 says we should be still and know He is God in the midst of busy, noisy lives. Psalm 134 gives reference to being in God’s sanctuary to bless Him. Let’s sacrifice our comfort for His presence and offer up our schedules on the altar to give time back to the Lord – time that is rightfully His. Meeting 6-7 PM in the sanctuary on the third Sunday of each month.

Join men of all ages who are following Christ and growing in the scripture. This casual format allows men to learn from other men in an atmosphere of informal mentorship and discipleship. The first Friday of each month we host breakfast and invite speakers from the community. Come once or come weekly, this group is always open!

Partner with friends in the Calvary community to tackle light cleaning and maintenance and to prep our building and landscape for spring. Bring work gloves and a rake if you can. Donuts and subs provided.
