Did you know prayer changes things? Prayer is simply a conversation with God. It is an intimate time to get to know the Father’s heart and become more like Him. As we go after His heart, we learn what moves His heart.
As Calvary enters this next season, we desire to strengthen our culture of prayer. We want the power of the Holy Spirit tangibly evident in our lives and our personal and corporate worship. That is why we will invite all Calvarians to take a challenge to grow in their spiritual formation through praying and fasting.
PRAYER & FASTING CHALLENGE: Starting September 6, we invite our congregation to fast on Tuesdays from 6 AM-4 PM. On Tuesdays at noon, faithful believers gather to pray and intercede on behalf of our families, church, city, and nation. You are welcome to join us in person. A virtual option is coming soon. Stay tuned for details.
SERVICE TIME CHANGE: On September 11, service time will move to 10:30 AM as we resume Sunday School and Growth Groups activities at 9 AM. Please tell everyone you know so that everyone is notified.
